Thursday 25th May at 19:00 – Sung Eucharist for the Ascension Day
Even though it is not a public holiday in Czech Republic, I hope many of you will join us for Ascension Thursday Service to commemorate the bodily Ascension of Jesus into heaven.
Then join us for one Sunday that falls between Ascension Day and Pentecost Sunday…..
Sunday 28th May at 11:00 – Sung Eucharist for the Seventh Sunday of Easter/Sunday after Ascension
The readings are Acts 1.6-14, 1 Peter 4.12-14, 5.6-11 and John 17.1-11 and our preacher will be Licensed Reader Jack Noonan.
There will be parallel Children’s Ministry and following worship, Coffee Hour in the hall on the third floor of Klimentská 18.
Sunday 4th June at 11:00 – Sung Eucharist for Pentecost
Like previous years, I invite you to come to church wearing something RED, the liturgical colour of the day. And I urge those of you who can speak any language other than English to say, ‘The Lord is here. His Spirit is with us.‘ during the service, please let me know by writing email or speaking with me tomorrow or on Sunday.
