Did you know that if you shop at Amazon you can support St.Clement’s at no  extra cost to you? Simply use the banners below every time you want to go to Amazon and for every purchase you make St.Clement’s will receive a commission.

Amazon does allow website owners to link to products on Amazon they would like to recommend and to earn a small commission if a product is sold thanks to that link. If you would like support St.Clement’s at no extra cost to you, please use the appropriate link above every time you want to order something from Amazon. And no, nobody can see who bought what, not even the Chaplain 😉 But if you have any further questions, suggestions or concerns, feel free to contact him at chaplain (at) anglican dot cz

FAQ

Do I have to use your link every time?

Yes please, by using one of the links provided here every time you want to browse or shop at Amazon you’ll make sure that the credit goes to St.Clement’s. It costs you only a few seconds and helps to support our work here in Prague. A good idea would be also to bookmark this page here (http://anglican.cz/support-us/) so that you have it always handy.

What else can I do to help to promote this great initiative?

Glad you asked! Simply share the link to this page (http://anglican.cz/support-us/) with everybody you know, without spamming of course! Feel free to reference it also on your own web site, your Facebook page or status and your Twitter tweets. The more, the merrier! Any further questions, please email the Chaplain and he will try to help you.

Does it cost me any money?

Absolutely not, nothing will be more expensive, nor cheaper, when you order it via our Christian Book Store. Amazon is paying the commission, not the buyer, nor the seller.

Will you know who ordered what?

Not unless you tell us personally face to face. We have statistics about what kind of items have been bought, but NOT who bought them. Having these statistics enables us to add more interesting products to our Christian Book Store, but there is no way the Chaplain, or anybody else for that matter, could find out that you just bought yourself a new computer, nor that he wanted to know 😉

Isn’t that encouraging people to buy even more stuff?

Our aim is that people that already use Amazon, use our links, not to encourage people to buy more. A lot of members and friends of St.Clement’s use Amazon on a regular base, especially those who are expats appreciate the possibility to buy books, DVDs etc in their own language. And yes, Amazon.co.uk will deliver most items to the Czech Republic. By using our links and banners these people help to support St.Clement’s at no extra cost to them. But yes, please don’t shop until you drop, simply use these links and banners for purchases you would make anyway 😉
