Sunday 12th June at 11.00 – Service of Thanksgiving, Eucharist, and followed by a ‘Picnic in the Park’.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MA`M flyer-page-002A real opportunity to invite English-speakers, especially Brits & citizens of other Commonwealth countries, who don’t normally come to Church. Make sure you offer to come with them! We have fifty copies of the book, ‘The Servant Queen and the King she serves‘ to give away. The book has been especially produced to mark this occasion and speaks of Her Majesty’s Christian faith, using words from her broadcast speeches.

We are expecting other British and Commonwealth guests; so do please make them welcome, and bring a lunch dish or desert with enough for yourselves and some extra for our guests.  Please also bring a bottle of water or pop, wine if you wish, but there will be a Summer wine punch available.  There will also be face painting and games for the children.

Mini Pilgrimage to Sazava

10–12kms walking distance; 8hrs including travel and walking. Something like; leaving Prague 10.30 and back by 18.30, and including visiting the abbey church, monastery and hermit grotto of Sv.
