Do join us for worship this Sunday, which brings an end to the Church Year or the Christian Year, being Sunday next before Advent, usually now known and celebrated as Christ the King.
Sunday 26th November at 11.00 – Sung Eucharist Celebrating Christ the King
The Gospel Reading is Matthew 25.31-46 whilst the supporting readings are Psalm 95:1-7 and Ephesians 1.5-23. Our Celebrant and Preacher will be Rev’d Ricky Yates. During the service, Baptism will take place. There will be parallel Children’s Ministry.
Aditi and I invite you to join us as we get our babies baptized and thereafter for celebration in the hall on the third floor of Klimentska 18.
Sunday 3rd December at 11.00 – Sung Eucharist for the Advent Sunday
Our preacher will be Licensed Reader Jack Noonan.
It being the first Sunday of the month, after our service in Prague, we will go to Brno for our regular monthly service. If you are interested in joining us to celebrate the Advent Sunday with our congregation in Brno, please let me know. It would be great to share the joy of the season and to build up more of a connection between the two congregations.

The sermon is based on The Parable of Talents (Matthew 25:14-30); the acceptance of the call to discipleship is the acceptance of the responsibility to use whatever we have in the interest of God’s kingdom and at the same time, the acceptance of the reality that it all belongs to God.
I am pleased to report that we raised a total of 4127 Kč for the Poppy Appeal this year. A big ‘Thank you’ to NAME and NAME for organising this.
As a part of our Outreach Plan, we are thinking of Carolling around the Town on Saturday 16th December. If you are keen to spread the good news of Lord’s birth with many people by being a part of the group or if you would like a home visit by our Carollers, this is an opportunity! Please write to me for more details.
Service of Lessons and Carols will be held in the second week of December – details to follow.
The Christmas Eve Service will be held on 24th December starting at 23.30 and the Christmas Day Service will be held on 25th December starting at 11.00.
