Dear People & Friends of St. Clement’s,

I know that many of you reading this message, will either be about to travel to, or will have already arrived in, your home countries, in order to spend Christmas with your wider family & friends. However, for those of you who are still in Prague over the Christmas & New Year period, here is a reminder of our services.

Sunday 22nd December at 11.00 – Sung Eucharist for the Fourth Sunday of Advent

and followed by Coffee Hour.

Tuesday 24th December at 23.30 – Christmas Eve Midnight Eucharist

Wednesday 25th December at 11.00 – Christmas Day Family Eucharist

Sunday 29th December at 11.00 – Sung Eucharist for the First Sunday of Christmas

followed by Coffee Hour.

Sunday 5th January 2014 at 11.00 – Sung Eucharist celebrating the Epiphany

Preacher: Jack Noonan. There will be parallel Children’s Ministry and Coffee Hour following worship.

Please note that there will be NO parallel Children’s Ministry on Sunday 22nd & Sunday 29th December. However, the Christmas Day Family Eucharist will be more ‘child-friendly’ & shouldn’t last more than an hour.

Two pleas for help!

I still need an organist for the Midnight Service on Christmas Eve. I am following up one possibility, but if you have a hidden talent, or know of someone who might be available, please get in touch with me ASAP.

We still need someone to run Coffee Hour on Sunday 29th December. If you can do so, please email me or speak with me this coming Sunday.

Recordings on our Church website

In case you missed them or just want to listen again, both my sermon from last Sunday morning, and the whole of the Service of Lessons & Carols from last Sunday evening, are now available to listen on this website. Just follow this link and click on the one(s) you want to listen to.

And finally for this year :-)

This will be my last Weekly Message in 2013. After worship on Christmas Day, I will be taking my post-Christmas break & will be on leave until Friday 3rd January 2014, other than preparing for & officiating at our Sung Eucharist on Sunday 29th December. However, I will still be in & around Prague so if there is a pastoral emergency, please do contact me.

Wishing you a holy & blessed Christmas & a peaceful New Year.

Best wishes

Ricky
