Sunday 18th August at 11.00 hrs.– Sung Eucharist for the Ninth Sunday after Trinity

Luke 12. 49-56 is our Gospel reading which seems disturbing word! We prefer to remember Jesus as the “Prince of Peace” but here he says he brings division rather than peace; to explore more what does it mean be there at the Church. The supporting readings are Psalm 82 and Hebrews 11. 29-12.2.

Hymns will be:- Come, ye faithful, raise the anthem Unser Herrscher, All hail the power of Jesus’ name Diadem, Lord, enthroned in heavenly splendour St. Helen and Rejoice, the Lord is King! Gopsal

Cool Drinks & Refreshments will be served at the back of the church.
